Electric Embossing Machine
This electric embossing machine was specially
designed for the use in offices. The following
materials can be embossed: paper, carton,
cardboard, ID cards, photos etc.
Model EMBOSSET can be equipped with an
embossing stamp up to 40 mm in diameter.
The positioning of documents can be individually
adjusted by a rear gauge. The maximum insertion
depth from the edge of documents is 70 mm.
The embossing is effected by means of a push
botton. As an option, a foot-switch can be supplied.
Exchanging of Embossing Stamp Sets
By means of pulling up the embossing head, the
stamp set can be easily and quickly exchanged.
The embossing pressure can be precisely adjusted
to the corresponding thickness of the material
to be embossed.
Upper and Lower Embossing Stamp
The quality of an embossing depends on the
quality of an embossing stamp. For this reason
all PERNUMA embossing-stamps are made out
of brass or steel and are manually engraved.
The plastic lower stamp is precisely fitted to the
upper stamp by a special process.
Upon request all embossing machines can be
delivered with a stamp set (upper- and lower
stamp).
Safety Lock
In order to prevent the abuse of the embossing
machine, model EMBOSSET is equipped with
a safety-lock.
